Wonderful stay

The accommodations were adequate, has everything that you would require. Staff was amazing. Special mention Akhil and Shree Lal. Courteous and went the extra mile. Always friendly and helpful. Great spread for breakfast. Food in the restaurant was delicious. Relaxing atmosphere with all the facilities at hand.

Comfortable stay, positive and supporting front desk and other staff.

Good spread catering to all taste buds, English , South Indian , North Indian , fruits and juices .

It does not have its own beach , however a public beach is approachable

Avoid this hotel, if you can.

Breakfast is o.k. Very bad location.

Hotel downgraded my booking after taking hefty advance without informing me. The Hotel staff is there to mislead you. Many things are overpriced. wi fi slow. sea beach far away. language skill of the staff far rom adequate.

The Heritage provides a relaxing break in comfortable lodgings with great food and spa facilities

The peace and tranquility, helpful and attentive staff (particularly at meal times), excellent buffet and a la carte menu, comfortable lodgings and well-kept gardens, made for a memorable stay.

A bit out of the way, but this also adds to the peace and tranquility.

The property was very neat and tidy

I had asked for an upgrade for room but no one informed in my query. Also my car was parked under a big tree and has to be washed thouroughly as all the small fruits and flowers fell up of it.
