Detailed Itinerary
Day 1 Arrive in Kochi & Transfer to Alleppey
- Arrive at the airport and transfer to Alleppey.
- Proceed to Alleppey, known as the ‘Venice of the East.
- On arrival, check in at the hotel.
- Visit the Mullakkal Raja Rajeswari Temple and take a short boat cruise through the backwaters (on direct payment).
- Overnight stay at the hotel.
Day 2 Alleppey Sightseeing
- After breakfast, proceed for a sightseeing tour of Alleppey.
- Visit the backwaters and beach.
- In the evening, return to the hotel.
- Overnight stay at the hotel.
Day 3 Alleppey to Kovalam
- After breakfast, proceed to Kovalam.
- On arrival, check in at the hotel.
- Proceed to Kovalam international beach resort.
- The leisure options at this beach are plenty and diverse - sunbathing, swimming, herbal body toning massages, special cultural programs, Catamaran cruising, etc.
- In the evening, enjoy the beach.

Day 4 Kovalam Sightseeing
- After breakfast, visit the crescent-shaped beaches of Kovalam, i.e. Samudra Beach, Hawa Beach & Lighthouse Beach.
- Spend the evening in leisure.

Day 5 Kovalam to Kanyakumari
- Head for an excursion to Kanyakumari.
- Visit the Sunset Point, Kumari Amman Temple, Vivekananda rock memorial, Gandhi Mandapam, the statue of Tiruvalluvar, and 3 ocean meeting points (the Indian Ocean, Bay of Bengal, and the Arabian Sea).
- Overnight stay at the hotel.
Day 6 Depature
- Depart to Trivandrum Airport and board the flight for your hometown.
- Tour concludes.

Communication with the Aswamedham team was good and professional. Taxi driver Mr (Read More). JOJO was also helpful and professional. Sightseeing in Munnar and Alleppey was very beautiful.
Accommodation in Kovalam was not so good.

Transport, our driver Gigo George (Joe) made us feel safe alw (Read More)ays. A humble person, great personality, accomodating, He was more than our driver. Showed us good places to eat and shop. Knowledgeable. Would give Joe 10 stars.

Tea plantation. Camel ride. Blackberry Hills hotel.
Thekkady: elephant jungle. Poetrree Saravor hotel. Elephant ride
Kumarakom: Backwater ripple hotel.
Alleppey: spice route luxury houseboat. Loved the crab roast chef John prepared. Cruising the backwaters was very tranquil. Walked alongside the rice paddies.
Kovalum: boat cruise in backwaters.
Trivandrum: Gokulam grand hotel. Lovely end to our vacation with complimentary dinner from Bharatawaytravels.
Accommodation: good selection of hotels. Friendly staff at all hotels and restaurants.
