My best go to hotel ever

The location is greatttt!!! This is the best hotel ive ever stayed in. The staff were amazing and very welcoming and helpful. The safety in this hotel is 100000% and i would definitely go back to it whenever i visit london. Tony was the best he was really cute, respectful and welcoming.

We requested that we dont need house keeping throughout our stay. And one day we came back from dinner and we found the room has been cleaned and serviced by the house keeping. Although it was safe but our request was yet not considered.

Five Star service at this beautiful hotel.

From the moment we stepped out of the taxi, Tony took great care of us. Carlo is the best bartender in London. He went over and beyond with his service. Many Thanks to Tony and Carlo.

The carpet in our room needed to be replaced/or deep cleaned.

Disappointing. Second stay here but probably the last.

Fantastic and convenient location, good size room.

Downstairs lounge/restaurant was closed, lifts not working, noisy construction work outside our room from 7-8am. Cost up nearly 70% from our previous stay in 2021.

The Trafalgar St James was a really nice hotel! The room was so clean (and spacious), the staff was attentive and kind, and the location cannot be beat!

I have zero complaints about this hotel, it was great and I will book this property again if I return to London!
