Enjoyable and well connected to the Public Transport and central london.
Location was convenient for the Award Ceremony that I attended the next day, and also convenient to Bus Transportation to Oxford Street and central london and also to the Tube Station as well.

We had a stay of four days and three nights and unfortunately, we experienced a series of service failures. The first issue, which I consider very serious, was that they charged for the room twice. We had to point out that there had been a mistake, and only after much discussion did they acknowledge the error and cancel the second charge. The second issue was caused by the heating. The temperature in London was very cold, but the heating in the room was not working. We brought this to their attention several times, but they were unable to fix the system. In fact, they had to give us a heater. The third issue was that we asked the Concierge to book two restaurants for two different dates. Unfortunately, the concierge booked two different restaurants on the same date. We received a charge from one of the restaurants for a no-show due to the service failure caused by the concierge. Surprisingly, the hotel manager never apologized with a letter, nor with a courtesy gesture. The staff was very distant, not at the level of a luxury five-star hotel. A very disappointing stay. Additionally, this morning we encountered yet another instance of terrible service. We ordered a hot breakfast at the hotel's restaurant, but after an hour, it still had not arrived.
