A bit far away from my residence. I would like to drive but no free carpark.

No service when providing the welcome drink. You have to pick up the drink by yourself. The tv remote sometimes not properly function. Wasting time for searching tv channel.

Location is superb

The location. 1 stop away from disneyland, 2 stops away from mongkok and ngong ping just outside the hotel area. The mall (citygate outlet) is also one stop shopping. The also provide shuttle to hotel from airport vice versa every 30 min This hotel is in a good location if you're only planning like one time to hongkong island.

The bidet it isn't working. They already sent technician but still didn't work. They told us they're gonna call me back if there's room available in the same floor because we booked 2 rooms. But they didn't contact us again. The other room also had bidet problem on a third day.

The hotel and the facilities are new and clean. The staff member who arranged taxi services on B1/F is very helpful.

Only 1 staff member was present when we arrived at the hotel. Waited for a long while before another staff member came to assist our check-in. The hotel fares are not good value for money. Could have stayed at a better hotel at the same price.

Location is near airport / Disneyland & linked to an outlet mall

The toilet flush wasnt working properly & shower temperate fluctuates but its just the room we were assigned I supposed. We had a better room for our last stay 29 Nov - 2 Dec.
