room, too small location, with a mall downstairs. no seats but one sofa for people to sit and wait. "breakfast" is far from 5 stars. Compared with the neighbor 5-star hotel or even 4-star hotel, the breakfast was very disappointing.

Good

Location was great. Much closer to the MTR station than the map shows. Short walk to Tsim Sha Tsui Promenade and Avenue of Stars.

No possibility of check-in before 3pm. Guest room was quite dated. Bed type request was not fulfilled.

Generally a good place to stay especially if you need a family room

it's an easy walk from here to the train station and the waterfront area and also various eateries. So the location is great. The room food is also good for the 2 times we ordered.. one supper and one breakfast. As for room comfort, the most important thing is the bed/pillows: the bed is good but the pillows are a bit flat

The carpet looks old but i suppose it is to be expected with a hotel of this age. I'm thankful there are NO bed bug issues!
