Excellent location. I was lucky to get the room with windows overlooking the harbor and I could watch NY fireworks. The staff was very welcoming and the executive lounge was amazing. The bed was very soft, shower worked properly. WIFI was working well.

They tried to fit bathtub and shower in one small room which was inconvenient.

Superb

perfect.

Location is perfect, it fronts Victoria Park. The view of the harbor and the lights is simply beautiful. I like the breakfast because you have a choice of western and asian cuisine. I like my congee in the morning very warm, with all of the accompanying condiments.

Requested shoehorn at lobby never bring. Checked in by online never going on time need check in again and waiting 2H. Twin room 10 floor bad view

Room decor was not as presented on the website. I booked based on website photos and recent decorations but was put in an old wing of the hotel that has not been decorated.

Disappointing

Location is near busy shopping arcade.

Paid for 4 hotel room yet getting a 2 quality. Fixings can tell is aging. Bathroom are tiny for a 4 rates n also no extra space to hang or leave our clothes. Every nite heard lots of weird sound dun know isit from upstairs room or outside as this hotel is near expressway. Paid for breakfast n since is till 1030am, around 930 ask for top up, kitchen crew said finished n just ignored me. Went back n check after 10mins they didn't top up.
