Very good

Excellent location, would probably stay there again.

Location is fantastic, close to amenities and transport links. Mews is very quiet, away from traffic noise. 3 bedrooms are all of a decent size by London standards.

The process to gain access to the property needs some refinement. The access code wasnt provided until after check-in time and the additional ID/bond requirements are excessive.

Clean, big, nice beds and bathrooms

Incredible hard to book this place. If you are a big group, you need to collect pictures of ID from everybody, and a selfie with the ID from everybody. They even need to know a bit about everyone who are staying. Read through pages of rules, like you are moving in for a few years. I understand that they need nice people in a quiet neighbourhood, but booking.com is not the place to be. I almost gave up, but already paid

A spacious apartment in a great location with rooms for improvement.

Spacious bedrooms fit for family of five.

A keyless system. The App function and the door did not sync when we tried to check in. It took us nearly 3 hours to get someone to come and open it. Theres no spare key in the safety lock as it supposed to . It could have been prepared better. Secondly, basic amenity products are essential for first night. We are a family of five. We discovered that theres only less than a toilet roll from 2 bathrooms. Thirdly, we can smell some cigarette smoke from other properties through the ventilation.

The deposit of 250 did not justify the worn out overall state of the property. Also the deposit condition was shrewdly concealed between chapters on the website and-is not accessible in the same time with the rental price

Just horrible. We went as six people, the beds are two small so one of us slept on the couch, we asked for another blanket - took them three days to bring it. They asked us to send them pictures of our passports and pay 250 or else they wouldnt give us the check in instructions. Do keep in mind that all of that is 2 days before we arrive and u cant cancel so we kinda were trapped. The showers were tiny and one of them wasnt even usable so we all had to use the same one and for six people it isnt fun to say the least. In conclusion it was absolutely terrible. Terrible facilities, terrible service. If you want to have the slightest of fun on your stay - stay the hell away from that place.

Very quiet place

The address on the reservation is not accurate. It took us 3 hours to find the place at the middle of the night. We asked all the bars near by and nobody knew this place. We also tried to call the host but he didn't answered at first. There is no sign with the name of the place only small door the number 4. We couldn't open the door with the application only when finally reached the host after a long conversation he agreed to open it from his place. We even started to search for a different place to stay at that night. In the apartment there is no shampoo and no soap, one of the stairs to the second floor is broken we almost fell. Also we payed a deposit of 250 pounds, they were supposed to return it after max of 14 days but we needed to remind them and wright to them on the 18th day after our check-out and only then they returned it. Finally we advise to read their terms before because the booking is non refundable and they have very unpleasant requests such as sending a picture of you holding your ID. We are traveling a lot for more than 40 years and never have been asked for such an unpleasant request.

Superb

We had a great time and would stay again.

The location is excellent. It is in. quiet mews of well looked after properties. It is only about 10 mins walk from Paddington Station and about 5 mins from Edgeware Rd underground on the Circle line. The property has many good restaurants and shops just a few minutes walk away too. The kitchen was clean and well stocked with cutlery, glasses, plates and dishes and basic cooking pans and utensils. The bathrooms were clean. the main bathroom had a good bath and shower. The bed in the main bedroom was very comfortable and the one in the black and white room was OK too.

Just a few minor issues. the blind in the main bedroom is too short. The handle on the wet room door needs reattaching properly. The bed in the room with the jungle wallpaper had loose slats and needs some attention really.
