X-mas in Hanoi

Good location, staff always tried hard, free sightseeing tours, there was a Christmas party!

Mattress extremely hard, musty and damp bedroom (there is no extraction in the bathroom, so all the air escapes into the bedroom).

I went back thrice

The wristband system was a godsent. Easy to keep tabs on what you owe and as a key for the room.

Breakfast was a bit dull but at least free. No complaints.

Decent spot, great staff, newer facilities, good location.

Good location, staff was great, good breakfast, good for price, Pool and rooftop were nice even if cold.

Walls are super thin, construction and other guests in the hallway were super loud early/late. If quiet time, knock the pool off, so loud in rooms near it. I get it, youre a party hostel, still, nothing sounds like a pool hall. Beds are hard. Floors in the shower dont drain well and get so wet the rooms become humid and swampy.

Quiet room mates. Private bed and band for the door snd locker.

Mold in the bathroom as it is not ventilated. The staff keep it clean but can do nothing about the mold.

Worth it. Hotel feels.

The customer service was amazing. Frank was a great help! The rest of the team were helpful and kind! breakfast was amazing too. Thanks for helping me! This was my 2nd time, hoping for longer stays and to see y'all soon!

The shampoo and body wash could be better , but everything was good!
