Disappointing

Our friends had to move room as the fan in the toilet we too noisy. Our air con wasnt working and not able to open a window made for a sleepless night as it was way too hot and stuffy.

a breakfast included vould have made all the difference.it was a small breakfast anyway

it was only ok for the price it was okay.we have stayed in better facilities for less money in other european cities

4 drinks at the end of the day at 40 euros was outrageous .residents should a reasonable price . the room was cool and the duvet too light

The hotel is overpriced and certainly very low value for money. No 5 star hotel experience.

The location is excellent and the staff of the hotel were very professional and trying to resolve any issue. Especially one of the concierges, who upgraded our room due to several problems in our first one. The upgraded room had a river view and we appreciated it very much in this aspect. Breakfast was good, but with small variety. The breakfast staff were excellent as well.

The major problem of our staying (even after having being upgraded to a better room) was the lack of heating. In our first room the bathroom door could not close properly, there was always a 2cm gap, resulting in awkardness. The air conditioning was constantly switched off at 7-8 pm and switched on at 6 am, resulting in a freezing bedroom overnight. We mentioned this problem to the reception many times and they provided us with DYSON heaters / coolers - they a have a series of them at the hotel. The airconditioning worked 100% only during our last night of stay at the hotel. When you pay 527 / night for a 3 person bedroom (OK they call it junior suite - I honestly don't know why) the last thing you expect is to confront Siberian temperatures inside the room and return sick at home.
