I would definitely stay at this hotel again.

Beautiful hotel with an amazing terrace right in the heart of the shopping district. The location was perfect and everything was walking distance. The staff were exceptionally friendly and made our stay feel like home.

The rooms should be better maintained like wall paint needed a touch up.

Wonderful hotel, really friendly and helpful staff and ideal location close to Oxford Street, London

We received an upgrade to a suite which was beautiful. The beds were very comfortable and the suite luxurious and very clean. Breakfast was also wonderful and the staff were really helpful and friendly. They ordered us a taxi to take us to the theatre.

Sadly there was no milk in our bedroom for coffee in the morning. Whilst this was a minor issue, we do like a coffee with milk and to only find out when we woke up in the morning was frustrating. We went to the Waeska bar for drinks in the evening but the waitress was really slow and we had to wait almost 15mins for drinks to arrive and it wasn't busy.

Cute romantic hotel with lovely vibe

Lovely small boutique hotel right off Oxford Street, great vibe, very nice bathroom. Beautiful decor.

The lack of different drinks in the bar and the cost of them, 20 for a small cocktail, and the cost of breakfast in comparison to what you get originally 30 per person. We got it at 25 per person.
