The staff/employee are friendly and provided assistance when needed.

Breakfast could be better, need to change the menu on daily basis instead all same through my 5 nights staying there.

We had a great stay.

.The accesibilty to the areas We want to visit made our trip easy and memorable.

What I did not like is their supply of toiletries especially the body wash & shampoo but the good thing is we had enough supplies of bathroom tissue.

Faded faux eclectic?

Room was fairly spacious, and tv had good selection of sports channels including football. Second highest floor, but window offered little to no privacy. Breakfast was a bit sad.

Room is a bit dated. Decoration is quirky (faux eclectic), that's not a problem, but the rooms could do with refurbishment, from the curtains to the carpetting to the bathroom.

I like the staffs. I like the location, I like the room designs.

Bathrooms on level 4 need a deep bleach, smell a bit urine some times.

Good location with nice decor. Breakfast was pretty decent, staff was helpful.

The lighting in the room could be better at night (brighter bulbs). I stayed in two different rooms during my last trip and the rooms felt kind of gloomy.
