The Hotel Hot Springs is a nice hotel with clean rooms and a great breakfast. The staff is friendly and helpful. However, some guests were disappointed by the lack of a pool and fitness center. One g (Read More)uest complained about noisy neighbors and unhelpful staff. Other guests praised the hotel's location and the cleanliness of the rooms. Very good

Was a good stay but with some improvements would have made it great!

Location was great. Staff was excellent. Great view from the room and so convenient to everything. It was obvious upgrades were happening. Will be a great place after the transition.

Just some tips no major complaints. Cable but no Smart TV for streaming. WiFi was a bit weak so often was on data. Breakfast was good, but was the exact same all days we were there, could use differentiation. Latch for bathroom barn door not practical in keeping the door locked.

Dirty! Hair in the shower, dirty wash clothes on the floor under the sink, dirty sink. The whole place stunk. No coffee.

Bed was really comfortable and room was quiet. Excellent location near good restaurants, shops and spas.

Breakfast was poor. Few options, no fruits left, horrible coffe. Second day we went out for breakfast. Another thing was the cleanliness of the bath towels. The second set we got was stained with make up and dirt and it had hoels in more than one towel. It was disgusting...
