Beautiful hotel

Soda fountain in lobby where you can get free soda 24hrs. Fresh made in front of you based on individual taste. Happy hour with free snacks and drinks on Christmas eve was awesome. And complimentary snacks in lobby. The open glass elevator to the 9th floor was fun for the kids but could be a little scary for those afraid of heights. Rooms are perfect for Large families with two full beds and a pull out sofa bed.

The fountain ran out of Dr. Pepper on our 2nd night and Ketchup dispensers were empty.

Very good

It was pleasant and if we stay there again, we know to bring our own food and beverages.

Room had plenty of room to relax. Property appeared clean and there was ample parking.

Bed was very uncomfortable. The restaurant isnt open due to no staff we were told. Evening reception was a fiasco! They were understaffed and ran out of spirits even with a new two drink maximum policy. Also, the bar closed just before 9pm which seems early especially since the bar had a lot of customers waiting to be served.

Breakfast staff are nice. Especially the one lady, I did not catch her name. The common area is nice.

Left a review on Google. Barking dog for hours. Called front desk 15 times. Never answered. Went down to front desk and watched them watch the phone ring. Told them about the dog. Said theyd try to get in touch with room occupant. Another hour goes by- constant barking. Go back down to desk, they had done NOTHING. Very clear they had forgotten all about it. Happened to catch manager walking through lobby. He took care of it after 30 mins. Asked front desk for towels, they said someone would bring them. Of course they never did. Front desk staff is useless. The furniture are carpet are extremely worn and dirty. We have stayed there 4 consecutive years but wont be again.

Having to pay for parking, a pool that I couldnt swim in and a manager so stressed that he couldnt address my concerns

Will go back but will ask for a higher floor to help with noise from lobby and kitchen

Pleasant

Details matter.

Staff were friendly and helpful when needed.

Seemed understaffed. Long lines for breakfast and social reception. No soap or shampoo in room, and had to request linens for couch despite booking 4 person room.
