Breakfast was amazing- the staff are very sweet and the room was very clean! It is close to many great places and again the room was very clean and the bed is very comfortable!

Friendly staff, very dated room, not maintained(peeling ceiling), not quiet, subpar breakfast.
Convenient location. Close to Hot Springs National Park. The lobby desk staff, and the the breakfast staff, are remarkably friendly and solicitous. Service (except for ignoring our ground floor confirmed reservation) is the saving grace for this property.
Dated (think 1960s), small, paint peeling from ceiling, paper thin walls do not block sound, booked a ground floor room (printed on confirmation) and got an upstairs (no elevator), included breakfast is unremarkable but servers were especially friendly and the facility very clean.

The room was nicely decorated. Comfy.
The bathroom toilets are too small. The shower is small and a the bottom of the tub looked a little dirty. The plugin by the sink didnt work.
