The Happy Hollow is a cozy motor court with comfortable rooms and friendly staff. It is conveniently located close to downtown Hot Springs and hiking trails. The rooms are basic but clean and well-ma (Read More)intained, with updated amenities such as air conditioning and WiFi. The location is perfect for exploring the area, with easy access to the Happy Hollow water fill station, state park, and bathhouse row. The only drawback is the small shower, but for the price and convenience, it is highly recommended.

We love this hotel!

This is our fourth stay at this hotel. We just love it. It is perfect for our vacation to Hot Springs...location, facilities, dogs allowed, free parking. The hotel is within walking distance of shops, trails, restaurants, breweries, distillery, bath houses...our vehicle stays parked until we leave for home. The Happy Hollow is the only place I will stay when visiting Hot Springs.

We love everything about it.

Perfect location in a kitschy, retro motel.

Perfect location for walking to Bathhouse Row. Great value. Safe & clean. Facilities were as expected. Friendly & helpful staff Would def return for visit.

Need more counter space in bathroom.

Very good

This is our second stay here, great location, quiet, and an easy walk to bathhouse row. The hotel has a cool history and has been reasonably updated, but it does show its age in some places. It's not a glitzy ritzy type of place, but the room was very comfortable and clean, and the price was right. We enjoyed it and would stay again in the future. A bonus is the cold spring, just a short walk up the hill.

Some areas of the room are not as updated as some may prefer, particularly the bathroom. A community firepit could be a cool addition on the chilly nights. Also, I would like to see some EV charging in the future.

Quaint little place near everything.

Quiet little place out of the way of busy street. Next to trails, the bathhouse row and very nice. The ability to walk from here is awesome. Free parking is great.

If I have to say anything I guess the beds are older.

It was ok, good have been better.

Its a great distance from places we want to go to.

Floor wasnt cleaned well, the shower, had just a small hole for water to drain, and theres a gap under the door you walk into the room. The heat/cool unit didnt want to stay on the temp Id set it on.

Hot Springs for the Weekend

Great location and affordable.

There was dust under the bed and around the fridge. Didn't care for the table and chairs near the doorway.

Would stay there again.

The location was right across the street from Hot Springs National Park. It was about a block from the Arlington Springs Hotel where we were attending a film festival and Bathhouse Row was just beyond that. The room had everything we needed including a jug to use for water from a nearby spring.

No breakfast. Tables and chairs were set up outside each door and people were allowed to smoke there. Fortunately no one was smoking outside, but if they had been,, it would have drifted into our room.
