It was a comfortable place, quiet and clean.

location was a disappointment, in that it was in an unattractive part of town but walking distance to bath house row.

Wonderful, would stay here again!

The room is very spacious and very clean. The person who checked us in was very nice. Decorated very nice.

The only down fall is the bed is super soft so if you have a bad back and cant sleep on a soft bed like this it could be a problem. Could use an iron and ironing board.

Fantastic bargain and great staff make this a return stay for us.

Very reasonably priced boutique motel in a destination city with clean rooms and personable staff. A fantastic bargain.

We live very rural and light through our windows is nonexistent. There was much outside light coming in our windows. Not sure this is a problem for everyone but black out curtains would have been great.

Will stay again when we come to Hot Springs.

It is out of town and easy to get to! It is a 50s type motel with no stairs and very quiet.The kitty cats love to visit once in a while and very loveable. We stayed there earlier in the year and, this time, added the food truck, which made it very convenient on Fri.night.Great Ruben sandwiches!!!! And good homemade chili.
