Good prices on both the menu and the room , I have visited about 15 coffee shops in the area and 200/300bht cheaper and top quality in this place, the staff are friendly and give good service the owner makes a point to greet everyone enjoyed my stay , its a bit noisy outside till late but If your here to have a good time and will stay up late I would most definitely recommend this place

It is a good hotel with prime location and great staff

The location is in the city center (within walking distance of the big Central Festival Mall and Central Pattaya beach) and in the middle of all the bars/pubs/restaurants. The staff was extremely helpful, friendly and efficient

There is no regular channels on TV for international or local news. You can only watch YouTube channels with room wifi. I stayed there for 7 nights but there was no internet for the top floors my last 2 nights

Fantastic rooms, very clean, excellent wi-fi

Extremely disorganised check in, they booked me in for the wrong day, very lucky to actually get a room. Room faced a busy road so a lot of traffic noise early morning.

Decent budget option with decent facilities.

Clean room. Decent facilities with bar and coffee shop within the place. Guest and 420 friendly. Nice staff as well.

The stairs were very dark with no lighting.
