A nice good value for money hotel in central Galway

Good location , staff were friendly & were accommodating to the customers needs & requests , good value for money , nice leisure facilities.

The little details were left undone (for example the soaps were not filled prior to our stay so they ran out while we needed them during our trip , there was not enough towels in the room so we had to request for more on two different occasions.

Good but nothing great.

The staff was accommodating on early check in and providing a crib for our baby. Its also 2 blocks from the train station which made it very convenient.

The rooms were quite outdated.

Really friendly and efficient staff in very comfortable surroundings. Great location within short walk of Eyre Square. Great breakfast.

Disappointing menu for the restaurant and too limited. Being a bit picky but the lampshades over the breakfast spread were covered in dust.

The spa and the staff in the spa were excellent and the hotel itself is lovely. Room were great lovely big bed. Hotel a short walk to the centre of galway.

It is possibly the time of year but felt staff weren't fully trained.

Amazing stay, had a great time in Galway. The staff at the Galmont were very friendly.

Breakfast, spa/thermal suite, Reception, Bar, hreat water pressure in shower, bed was very comfortable

Bathroom in room was quite small and could be updated. In line with the price of a night in the hotel the parking could be free rather than subsidised.
