Great neighborhood, clean and modern property!

Love that the room is true to pictures and very clean and well maintained! Hotel reception was super helpful, Evelyn helped us order traditional HK desserts using her phone delivery app on one of the evenings. Also love that you get free bottled water (and some soft drinks/beers) and can fill up your water bottle at the hotel lounge any time you want! There is also Happy Hour everyday 530pm to 630pm with free snacks, wines and liquors! We also love the neighborhood, its very local, next to supermarket and near to many great food options!

It is relatively far from Sheung Wan MTR, around 8 mins walk.

Superb

A fab location, comfortable + great value hotel with friendly service.

The Sheung Wan location is fantastic. The rooms at The Figo are clean + comfortable, with coffee + tea facilities. I also like the shared area of the foyer - easy to work in, or sit in outdoor area with a drink + enjoy the HK highrise view.

I have no complaints, the hotel is a great oasis in a busy city + close to everything you'd need.

The location is great and the space of the room is amazing especially in Hong Kong.

The building is quite old means the sound of water flows or air conditioning is a bit noisy .

A lovely hotel with excellent staff in a well located area..

The Figo is well located in central Hong Kong close to many attractions as well as public transport. The staff were very helpful. We arrived very early and they made a plan to accommodate us in one of the two rooms we booked. They also let us stay an extra hour after check out and kept our bags for the afternoon as our flight out was only at midnight. The free hot and cold drinks in the lounge are a nice touch.

A perfect place for food/drink/transport surroundings.

This was perfect for our stay. The staff were helpful, the room was ideal for our needs. Location-wise you're in good proximity of a great choice of food and drink places, ideally placed for tram/tube/bus. We would definitely stay here again!

Like the fact that there is happy hours and also a common area where is served coffee free. It is a great place to hang out if you are traveling with friends. You can meet them at the area for coffee in the mornings.
