I spent good time in there . only if they take care of the staff in the breakfast Al Mere Resturant

the location only , staff are friendly , cleaning is good , they have very good facilities

the breakfast is too bad same every day , the staff working there is not the level of the hotel it is really disappointment for me the more worst the elevator there is take a lot of time to receive there is only two elevator in this hotel which is not sufficient

The location is good. Decor is ok

If you compare this hotel with the nearby Berkeley they are worlds apart on service. The Carlton gives a much colder unwelcoming experience. Whereas the Berkeley gave us a lovely friendly greeting, their service was impeccable. It was good to experience both hotels to see how good the Berkeley was. We definitely wont stay at the Carlton again.

The front desk gave me hard time to extend because I chose to book through booking where they moved me out to a lower category that I had to complain as I booked the same room for my extension where I wasted a whole day to move between 3 rooms

Great location, amazing view on Cadogan garden, clean and cosy rooms, comfortable bed and perfect pillows, all small details in the room are very nicely and conveniently set. Very good breakfast menu.

The hotel and rooms look nice, but the whole experience was a disaster.

The room was great!

Oh, there were many problems, which you don't expect from a good hotel. First, our check-in process took about 20-30 minutes because they could not find our reservation (and said their system doesn't work and they are doing everything on paper right now). We stayed in the hotel for two nights, but when we come back to the hotel on the second day, all our things were missing! Again, because of some problems with the system, they "checked us out" and "cleaned" the room. When we checked out, we forgot a scarf in the room. We contacted the hotel about it, but they responded very slowly, and only after several days they told that they found the scarf. We spend several more days trying to get information about how to get the scarf back. It took more than a week since we checked out, to get the scarf back :(

The service is not as expected it was weekend,I was waiting for long time for the staff to take my order, put next day was much better different staff in weekday .
