Central place and super people who are working in the hotel

The breakfast is not ok the buffet is very small and the prices for the breakfast ist complete creasy ! And the lunch and Diner prices are perfectly ! This policy is The owner has to change this

Lovely hotel, kitchen staff need to be worked on

Lovely bar, everything was of high standard

Breakfast disaster today. Instead of management being honest that things had gone wrong they were just rude. Not the waitress but restaurant manager and wasnt taking responsibility for everyones breakfast being very late or in our case cold twice and the hollinaise sauce being inedible. The hotel price is very high so you should have perfection

Wonderful stay at a chic hotel in the heart of London

My room (a junior suite) was spacious and beautifully furnished. Breakfast menu and selection were excellent. The service, as expected based on other reviews, was also terrific.

Would have liked the ability to make coffee/tea on my room.

Wonderful stay in a great location

The bed was really comfortable and the decor lovely. The bathroom was also large and well appointed a big bonus. The location is just fabulous - on a quiet street next to all the action: Theaters, restaurants, shopping, museums, parks. Just fabulous!

On the whole I enjoyed my stay, My concert at the jazz Club was very enjoyable.

Room was above my expectations, it was excellent. The location was perfect, only about 20 minutes walk from the Jazz Club that I was going to on my second evening stay. The Reception staff were also very helpful when needed.

I am on a gluten free diet and as I was staying only two nights and eating out over my stay I did not mention this on my booking. At breakfast On my first day when at breakfast I asked for the full English breakfast. Given my gluten free diet, I informed the waitress that I did not want the sausage or the black pudding. When my breakfast arrived it was one tiny piece of quite fatty bacon and an egg which was undercooked. The following day I just had some cereal and toast.
