Very good

Staff were great especially Denny. He personally made sure I was taken care of and felt at home. Recommend this property for anyone travelling and want a great location with great staff and rooms

Lovely stay

Excellent! I had a lovely Room near Gym and pool. The room was spacious and bathroom modern with a lovely shower. Housekeeping was excellent and very helpful helping me with orders for work and occasionally translating Indonesian messages. In fact a shout out to Agus head Housekeeping for helping me with repacking my orders. Front office staff were friendly & helpful. Thank you to all the staff, I had a lovely stay & would definitely recommend & stay again. Yanard

Dirty towels not enough toilet paper one jug of water with god knows what water in it shower did not drain properly Pool needs plants around it

Bed vey comfortable and staff very welcoming. Not much happening I was the only one in the pool and no atmosphere

Quiet and lovely stay!

Staff was very friendly and nice, and assisted with my queries very promptly.

Water drainage in my bathroom wasnt the best, and housekeeping wasnt done even after leaving the sign on for a few hours.

Not worth the money

The rooms are quite big and staff are very friendly and helpful.

The washrooms are really bad , they look so dirty and towels are also looking so dirty. If you are staying on the 1st and 2nd floor you always hear the sound from reception which is very disturbing and annoying.
