Rooms were good enough , clean and spacious

Too noisy , crap breakfast, staff were all over the place and didnt pay attention to detail I usually stay at the padma, they should go learn from their staff

Such wonderful staff!

We absolutely loved this hotel. We upgraded to the poolside room on arrival and it was so amazing, we loved being able to walk straight out into the pool area. The room was lovely, no issues at all, the wonderful housekeeping staff would leave us daily towel animals and little notes which was a cute touch. The staff were all an amazing and couldnt be more helpful. They were also so amazing with my 1 year old daughter, chatting to her and offering her fruit throughout the day. We had such a lovely stay at the Fairfield which was definitely down to the amazing staff!

The location wasnt the best with having two young children and a pram to push. We opted for taxis most of the time. The walk to access the main shopping area would be much easier if you didnt have young children in prams. The hotel were able to help with calling bluebirds for us which was amazing.

First time in Bali and we will definitely back!

Staff were very friendly and always smiling nothing was never too much for them. Everything about the stay was great! Rooms were a perfect size. If only the bar would stay open a bit later for in house guests. Close to BCA Bank to exchange money, circle k close by for your quick drinks and nibbles or alcohol open 24 hours and also laundry place available next door to do laundry! Nothing was never to far whether you walked or did grab to get where you needed!

Friendly and accommodating staff - they were the best

The staff were incredible. Friendly, helpful and always willing to go the extra mile. The breakfast was good and the staff there went out of their way to make our breakfasts more special.

I cannot complain - we knew what facilities available when we booked, that these were limited. The location could have been better, but it was within walking distance to main areas, so it suited us just fine.

The staff were lovely very accommodating the hotel was very clean will definitely stay again

I liked that is was a smaller resort and not busy

The only thing I didnt like about my stay was certain people from another country wiped out the entire breakfast and left nothing for us to eat very disrespectful but it wasnt the hotels fault and they were very noisy early in the morning yelling out to each other and I did see a man spitting at the table while he was eating his breakfast
