Superb

The buffet breakfast had variety which is a must. The art and furniture is exquisite and nicely curated. It has a classy yet chill vibe. It would be better if there were 2 pillows per person.

Breakfast few items but deliscious and everyday you see new foods. Very helpful staff. Very kind staff in Kitchen, reception and services. Cozy pool and very calm. Will back again soon.

If they improve the facility of Villa then its good place to stay.

In Good Location. Villa is good size for my family

We have 3 bedroom Villa where we have not used second bedroom upstairs as it has very bad stinky toilet. Not able to sleep in the room. Complaints twice but they were not able to solve the issue. I really need one third of my payment back as we have till not used facility.

Good

They charged me twice for my accomodation. Despite me showing that I had paid already via booking.com. I had to wait hours to get my money back. They only gave me cash refund and did not put money back onto my card. I therefore lost money due to card fees I paid.

The hotel is good value for money and the pool is very nice. I wasnt feeling very well during my stay and the staff took care about every detail I needed. The best part of my stay was them.

The hotel looks like a family hotel, which is nice, but seems like they need to do improvements on their facilities. Looks like a bit old and there were small flies in the room coming from the bathroom. Its quite far from the centre by walk, you better book a motorbike or a car (grab) which is not too bad either as it is very cheap. I didnt like the breakfast offer.

Very friendly (especially Jane)

The rooms were very clean and all the staff were very welcoming and friendly. Jane is great, very nice and good to talk to, and made my stay here more enjoyable.

The hotel is located quite far away from anything but the taxis are very cheap so this wasnt much of an issue.

Overall the stay was very good and it meet our expectations

All the staff were very good specially staff name jene was exceptional. The ambiance of the hotel was very good with all the facilities. The traditional platter and the cultural dance was very good.
