The location was pretty accessible to everyone where, very close to main turistcal places, right 1 minute by taksim square and istiklal caddesi, in general location was very good.

I would prefer to see more cleanness , i dont say that the rooms werent clean but the cleanness could be more improved and evident, the breakfast was good but still not much improved, the quality of the food and the tastes were completely ok, but there was not much variety in the breakfast options and some fundamental items were missed, apart from these two points everything was very good about this hotel, and were also very satisfied with the staffs behavior and attitude toward us.

The staff was so nice and helpful.....all and especially Idris, Mohammad. I liked the location, the room, the environment ....all was very nice so thanks to all staff and management

Decent but not good value for price

The place was very close to taksim square and bus stop for airport shuttles. WiFi was good. Heating was good. The digital scale in the lobby is very helpful. The staff were nice. The breakfast was decent.

Stinky Toilet. The smell would enter the room if the wc door left open. The bathroom was small and the shower water was getting hot and cold instead of a constant temperature.

a lovely Hotel with perfect service and excellent location

Everything was perfect. Stsrting from the Manager, waitress, recepcionits during check-in Idris and today suring check-out. I highly recommend everyone to stay here and enjoy perfect time at this perfect hotel with perfect service from staff members. Will come again for sure!

Really enjoyed my stay at Taksim Gonen Hotel, lady at the reception EYLUL was very helpful and the guy Soydaner helped us for check in and check out process. Overall hotel was decent and clean for a couple stay.

Best location and transfer to any by metro as well as UST Airport

Near of the shopping area and Tamsin square and comfort by Metro.

Stay was good except breakfast. The night manager was so rude

Location is good

There are not good options in breakfast. No fresh tea after 8am, most of the breads were finished after 9am and they didnt bother to refill. Not even a single good option in hot meal. We asked for tea bags after 11pm after coming back to room at night as no one refilled the tea tray in room but manager refused to provide any tea bags. We had to go out to coffee shop to pay for coffee
