Despite the above mentioned qualities, this became a sour experience for me and my mother solely because of the owners uncooperative attitude. Once you check-in and pay in cash (only), you will never see them again, no matter what happens. 1. They do not have any car parking facility. Id parked my car outside the street and someone scratched it, it was a rented car! I asked them to suggest a safe spot, they simply denied and told me to figure it out myself. Had to park it far away and asked a pharmacy guy to look after it as it was open 24x7. This was such an unnecessary stress for us. Not to mention they have a big courtyard in their house right next to the property, which can be offered to guests. 2. There was a power cut and I called them to ask for a candle, they straight up told me that they couldnt come out in the dark and to use my phone torch! My phone is out of battery because of the powercut and they cant navigate in the dark in their own house?? One of the reviews said that they have power back up for the A/C as well but there is no power back up for anything. 3. They only provide one bottle of water no matter how many people you are or how many days you stay. This couldve been informed in advance, so we could be prepared accordingly. Tried calling them at night for water, didnt pick up the call. Then in the morning at 6am they blatantly tell us - we dont have water, go buy it from the market. I mean water is a basic need and never have I seen someone be so stingy with giving water. Even the most basic hotels give atleast 2 bottles a day. 4. A/C only works at a fixed temperature, geaser doesnt work in the left corner room, there was a leakage in the flush tank. Lighting is too dim to get dressed. Too many mosquitoes inside and outside.
