Very good

Very comfortable resort. Breakfast is fine, the pool is big enough. Good to relax and have a good holiday. The shower is good, the room is neat and clean. The staff is kind.

Great stay.

Warm friendly welcome by Mr Paul and staff. Room clean and spacious. Pool area clean gardens well kept. Meals at poolside very good. All staff polite friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay here again.

Great value for money for a stay in North Goa

All day sun at the pool, its a real sun trap. Had a room with a view balcony and a lovely view of the pool Pool was a great chill out spot for the day. Day long food and drinks available from the restaurant The bed was made daily with the option for linen and towels to be changed whenever you want Didnt use the room service but its a nice touch They gave us the room an extra hour on our check out day which helped us a lot

Some parts of the property are a little tired but the hotel look like they are working on improving that

Room way Over priced wouldnt rate as 4 star

Warm welcome from staff. Front of hotel , restaurant was good. Staff were very pleasant and helpful.

Superior room had no view. Felt like I was in a concrete cell. Bed not comfortable . Chairs in sitting area also hard, uncomfortable. Needs softer furnishings. Internet went down a few times perhaps weather caused problems. Not always hot water.

It was awesome and excellent stay!! I must recommend this place to everyone. You must visit.

I liked each and everything there from the facility, restaurant, view, room, staff everything was just excellent. When we reached we met Mr. Paul and Mr. Subham who helped in our check-in process and with a kind gesture they have upgraded our both rooms. We had included our breakfast and honestly everyday menu was different and taste was yummy. Also they clean your room very neatly and its hygienic. So If anyone is planning to Goa in North side I must say and recommend the Somy Plaza Resort as you will not regret it for sure. Thankyou once again to all staff of Somy Resort for making our stay memorable. It was awesome staying with Somy Resort. Thankyou

I recently stayed at the Somy resort and was impressed with their exceptional customer service. The hotel reservation team went above and beyond to accommodate my difficult payment process and ensured that my room was held until check-in. Despite our late arrival at 3am, AMUL hospitality was top-notch. He greeted us with a big smile and provided us with excellent service. Overall, I had a wonderful experience at the Somy Resort and would highly recommend it. I had the pleasure of meeting a waiter in the resort restaurant and I must say, his service was exceptional. As a fellow hotelier, I have a great respect for his experience and dedication to the hospitality industry. It was inspiring to learn that he has been working in this field for almost 30 years. His passion for moving forward and delivering excellent service was truly admirable. I salute him for his outstanding contribution to the industry and for being an inspiration to all who work in it.

Unfortunately, my experience with the spa service during my stay was not a good one. The service was subpar and the payment issue I faced with them was a nightmare. Despite paying with my Mastercard, they claimed that the payment was not received. To make matters worse, the lady I dealt with was extremely rude and unprofessional. Overall, I was left feeling disappointed with the spa service and would not recommend it.

quite central for all resorts. good pool area. friendly staff.

we were at the front of the property which was noisy from traffic and the number of dogs around the hotel. pigeons are a problem, we couldnt use our balcony because of them. bed was really hard.
