Exceptional service from the heart, amazing food + great location!

EXEMPLARY 5-STAR SERVICE. Special shoutout to Henry and his team for going above and beyond to deliver hospitality from the heart that was intuitive, personal and immensely thoughtful for our group of travelling mothers. From the moment we booked to stay, Henry got in touch with us immediately and went the extra mile to answer all our questions. They were able to offer a very attractively priced package for us to Sapa, and took care of every detail, even down to getting their staff to escort us personally onto the overnight train. Communication with Henry was also faultless and smooth a much valued convenience when we don't read or speak the local language. Other things to love: Room our Family Suite was perfectly sized and comfortable for the 4 of us who wanted a space to hang out together. Location you're right in the heart of all the action in the Old Quarter. Easy spot to stroll to cafs, places of attraction, and just soak in the area's unique vibe. Breakfast amazing spread that's clearly a highlight of the day! We were absolutely spoilt for choice. Everything was delicious, right down to the superb coffee! Till today, my friends still talk about how well fed we were every day.

Our group of 4 had to move into 2 smaller standard rooms for 1 night after staying in the Family Suite for 2 days. Perhaps we were too used to the generous space before, it felt really small and cramped. But no biggie because we were only there for 1 night. This is still a great place to stay!

Breakfast should have more options available. Also stayed on the 8th floor below the restaurant and they started like preparing at 5.30am therefore we could sleep late

Pleasant stay.

Welcome drinks and small cakes were served when we arrived. The whole check in process was pleasant. The staffs were friendly. We checked out early and breakfast prepared for us to take away. They even give us coffee as appreciation.

No heater in the room. Maybe this is not the right month with heater.

Great overall experience

The staff were very helpful especially Hannah who had gone above her duty to help us make reservations at the dining spots which allowed us to have fuss free dining experience. She was very friendly and even suggested some food spots. Room was clean and true to photos. Location was great. Definitely recommend this hotel!
