Great location. You get what you pay the low price for.

Great location. Very budget friendly - so cant expect great luxury.

One of two toilets not working. One of the showers was missing a shower head. Sleeping pods could definitely be cleaned more thoroughly - a lot of dirt in the gaps and crevices.

- Good location - Air conditioning in rooms and capsules - Near to metro and buses - Reactivity of staff by messages - Moderately decent price although it's a little expensive compared to the quality

- Unwelcoming staff - Capsule and room not clean - Toilets outside and not clean at all - Shower not functional at times - No place to rest and eat - The receptionist can enter the room at any time without knocking - Very small luggage space

Would be better if they fix the bathroom situation

The location and the staff and the bed

The beds fans built into the capsule arent working and my bed didnt have the USB charging work and along with that it was missing a slot too. The toilets sometimes doesnt flush right and the shower doors need to be replaced as its falling apart.

Location

Luggage space before check-in non-existent and not secure. I used a bathroom and got stuck inside. The sink was already broken upon our arrival and it took two days to repair it. Very uncomfortable bed mattress and non-existent pillows. In the room 4 beds there is no space for backpacks and suitcases. Bed closure with card not working and therefore all valuables are insecure.

You get what you payed for.

The staff are very friendly and accomodating. Good location. The building is easy to find as instructions from hotel staff. Disposable towel and slippers are provided Nice view on the 6th floor Bus stop goin back to airport is very near.

During my stay toilet facilities are defective. Especially the flush Garbage are not regularly disposed. Entire Room air-conditioning can't get inside the cube capsule if you close it. :(

Acceptable, for one night it goes.

Terrace was available. Location is on HK-Island site, not Kawloon.

Murphy bed takes some getting used to and is not suitable for claustrophobics. Some of the lamps in the Murphy bed didn't work. A kitchen is practically non-existent. Security inadequate.

Pod was nice

They told us we booked the wrong day and for one person not two. Had to wait for ages for the staff member to move someone out of a pod for us to stay in. Didn't put fresh bedding on between either. Wouldn't go back
