Swimming pool was nice and we'll maintained

Rooms were not maintained.. DTH did not work on 1st day then 2nd day it started working. Hot water flow was not good enough

Most badly experience in goa. And by the way it was my 9th time tour in goa.

Only property location on road.

1. Very bad facilities 2. Rude staff of resort 3. They don't provide basic facilities of a room.

Best Clean Budget Hotel in a great location in the middle of Calangute & Baga Beach

Newly refurbished in March 2023, Clean basic Room, good Ac, Great location, Beautiful Swimming pool, Walking distance to the beach, Titos Lane. 24 hours restaurant located opposite, Pizza Hut and a cute little Bar

The soaps are too small. I asked them they said its due to the wastage policy. But they give you more for free if you ask. Limited basic channels on Tata Sky hardly any English channels

Picture in the website are different,actual rooms are different, no space for luggage, no dressing table, no extra mirror in the room. Coffee cattle was not there , room service is unavailable. Why the hell we should pay around 4k for the property? Nothing to like there, even bed was worst dirty bedsheet.

You guys should first take a survey of the resorts or hotel before suggesting that to us.

- Locationbis good,

- No maintenance, wall and washroom colour are fade now. - No kettle available in the room. - only first day recived drinking water bottle. - Parking issue for car - upholstered bed was not clean - Breakfast is not available in hotel.
