The best geusthouse I ever stayed in at Pattaya

Very friendly and helpfull manager andcleaning lady. Spacious room and bathroom (shower with screen). Centrally located nearby noisy streets but just in a bit less noisy street, so in the room not to noisy. Also very good breakfast with discount.

This one point is just a suggestion for the hotel to save energy (electricity); the airco works very well, but changing the single glass window by double (or high insulating) glass could save you a lot of money on the electricity bill.

Good location just a hop away from Soi Buakhao. The room was spacious,clean and quiet at night, despite the hotel being on a busy street. Nice & friendly staff.

Situation could have been avoided.

I'd like my first stay. The second one not good.

It was my second stay at the guest house and first time was much better. Had room number 1 which was not properly clean with mold on the wall. I'd request to get it clean or change room but nothing changed after 2 days. There was no hot water and bathroom not clean. Owner keep saying it is the fault of previous occupant. AC was not good with strange sound. Electric socket was not working properly. Owner ask me to find another accommodation if am not satisfied as nothing more can be done although property had free rooms available. The sanitary adjustment is not good. Maybe I was unlucky this time with this specific room. Second update: So poor reply from the owner. If things was great, I would have mentioned it. I know the difference between a guest house and a hotel, that's more than obvious.
