WORST pool villa experience ive ever had ! NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL. Stayed in a type C room no205. Everything looks good from the reception, friendly staff, parking lot, golf shuttle, The room is very spacious, BUT everything is veryx100 dirty. The little in room garden space is not maintained at all. Floors are covered with dirt, dust and colors are peeling off. The private pool is cool, i didnt even set a foot inside. Pool light broken and no more swimming pool seal in the whole pool ( never saw this before). I wonder how the waters stay s inside. Not to mention that if you are a light sleeper the pool pump and the noise cancelling windows will make sure to keep you awake all night. Entered the room at 16:30, welcoming with a huge mosquito family. This is not a joke, even at a camping in the jungle you wouldnt sleep with this ton of mosquito. I asked a staff to come and check. The answer was every room is the same, when would you leave again so we can spray the anti-mosquito bomb. Nice to pay for a room and ask you to leave as-soon as you arrive. IT SHOULD BE DONE BEFORE!!!!!! Amenities & Facilities are Old, dirty, not maintained, looks like they never cleaned rooms before. The room should be Tidy and check before guests arrive!!!!! To conclude, it was an unpleasant stay !!!! o

Bad Hotel Service. Reception manager a lying cheats

This hotel is not an Honest hotel. I been cheated out of money here. While the receptionist manager looks for ways to make money out of lying to customers.

Nice place to stay, but not much to do close by.

It was private. The staff was very nice

Having the shower outside was not ideal. Wind was blowing the shower curtain too much. The room could have been cleaner. There was some trash left over from previous occupants. The phone in the room did not work, so we had to walk for 5 minutes outside to get to the hotel office. There is not much around the property, which is very disappointing. The property description is lacking information on what is near it, etc. We would have selected something closer to the beach.

Very nice time. We will come back.

Breakfast was excellent. Great variety. Staff constantly kept used clutter off the table. Did not feel any seating containment. Waiting for my wife, I was shocked when a man sat down across from me in her awaiting chair. I just moved to another table. Plenty of room. The golf cart taking my wife and me to and from the facility to our villa was a big plus.

The pool could have some sort of retractable shade covering. It was very warm. Ordered food was excellent quality but pricey. GPS got a little tricky when trying to find the place. Full house made parking a bit congested.
