Not a good experience. The breakfast option was very less . Before one would have it ,it used to get over The only best part is the location and swimming pool

The way they asked for checkout If checkout is not on time , will charge you complete one day charges

Hi, property physically very bad condition but in image its very good Please dont suggest to anyone and owner is very harmful person. He is not given respect also When we went to Goa we reached at 9:30 PM with family ,on the time room was not in good and cleaned condition and its in 2nd floor there is no lift also and once we are confirming with Owner but he was drunked and he was saying youre not booking directly to us . You can ask to Booking.com and he his very ugly using bad words no respect towards customer no service giving for room Its a single * hotel pls dont suggest to anyone who has a good opinion about booking.com Thank you

Overall nice place to stay with family

The resort was good.It's a quite old place but comfortable to stay.We went during rainy season and our room was filled with rain water from balcony... although the staff cleaned everything as we informed.It's walkable to main road where you can find restaurants,tiffin centres and bus stop.

For each aminity they mentioned while booking is not available. Everything we have to ask then only they provide.

The room was not prepared for checkin. We had to call in for every small thing, even the towels were not placed in the room. No classes no water no kettle.. The breakfast was the worst. Toaster was not working, when asked for omelette, which was chargeable. Juice had more water than juice. Sugar was soggy. Couldn't differentiate between coffee and tea, the taste was so pathetic. At the time of booking I asked if I can pay the remaining amount by card, he said yes and when I went to pay they say we only accept cash or gpay, that was a bummer. The lady bouncer on the reception was really rude and scary.

Overall stay was satisfactory.

Firstly it is an Old Resort and was good as per location.Near to restaurants,pharmacies,local stores,byke car rentals and bus shelter.The service was a bit slow.Pool was good.we enjoyed with family.After checkout were allowed to keep our luggage in their lockers as we are having much time for the flight.

All the amenities mentioned while booking the resort via booking .com were not available.For each and every thing we have to ask the reception,then only they will provide.As it rained heavily rain water entere our room through balcony.After informing they cleaned immediately.They were good at service
