We are not going back to this hotel even if its for free

The rooms are spacious, beside mall

One of our rooms had a moldy smell during our entire stay. check-in took forever, we were informed Power adapter is not available due to safety BUT its available for purchase in their vending machines. even shavers are not available in the bathroom but being sold in their vending machine. Not bus/rail friendly from the airport, better take taxi. My opinion the hotel has well adjusted for mainlander chinese guests. Almost all staff will always ask for tips,

Enjoyable stay.

Staff were friendly and helpful. There was really good facilities too - gym and pool. Our kids loved the pool and the pool was slightly heated so the water was not cold. The hotel was situated close enough to the MTR, very convenient. Rooms were spacious, well lit and always turned around well each day. Definitely a hotel we would consider coming back to.

It was a little pricier than other, but in the end, we paid for what we got and it was a good reflection of the value for money.

Excellent hotel in a great location, sure to return

Beds are comfortable, lots of pillows to choose from. Drinking water tap in the room was a nice touch. Rooms were kept very clean and daily housekeeping were great, decoration was nice, location was great (you can even exit the hotel into a shopping centre) and we really enjoyed the pool area. We really enjoyed staying here and will return in future.

Although the room and hotel was generally spotless, the bathtub was a little dirty under the slip mat, so we didn't use it.

Superb hotel, great connectivity to all the best parts of HK and close to many amenities.

Our family of four (with kids aged 7 and 11) stayed in a Plaza Premier family plus room on a high floor. The comfortable room featured an in-room water filter, kettle, and a large bathroom with ample storage. Notably, the bathroom door had an inside lock, and housekeeping was excellent, accommodating our schedule. The hotel's prime location is connected to a large shopping mall in Mongkok, offering diverse dining options and easy access to major tourist spots like Disneyland and Central HK. Public transport is convenient with a nearby MTR station. Breakfast was basic but sufficient, complemented by friendly restaurant staff. Nearby, the mall provides additional options like Pacific Coffee Company and bakeries. After a 6-day stay, we highly recommend this hotel and plan to return.

The hotel is large and popular and the lobby can look a bit crowded at times - however, they have a "robot check-in" terminal that helps you avoid the queue. In the evenings, due to the link to the shopping mall, they ask for room number and the keycard before you can enter the hotel elevator - it is necessary to keep the hotel secure and safe.
