Enjoy Pattaya without all the noise

Beautiful pool area with a view, private beach neat and clean. You are 15-30 taxi minutes away from central Pattaya, so you get Pattaya holidays without the noise. Excellent for families too.

Always a lot of kind and helpful personnel available in the main restaurant (Panorama Restaurant) but sometimes not very well coordinated. Got the food without cutlery first, got second dish while half through first dish. Rain shower in the room is nice but you should not be taller than 1.75m or your head will not enjoy it.

Unprofessional staff starting from cheif of reservation division this lady was so rude with me up to front office manager who did the check in for me. I have respected all their policies and requirement regarding deposit check in and check out time I had no comments or blame on the bellman who doesnt help me carrying the bags. Whoever, my reservations was two room with sea view to be double bed and twin bed I did verbal confirmation with the front office manager who checked me in 2nd floor where both room was double bed and one of this two rooms not sea view, I called reception 3 times on three hours time and their replay was to hold while the will get back to me. I went down by myself where neither front office manager or cheif reservation aware of my situation, they hold my bags down so I wasnt able to change or take a shower I mean who have the right to do so, Front office manager showed his sorry about my situation and did solve my issue however, replacement rooms wasnt ready. So they keep me until 18:30 to checked me in. Imagine from 14:00 till 18:30 I was waiting on my room and the lady cheif of reservation didnt showed her sorry in-fact she kept me waiting on the Q and she was accepting people coming from out of the Q line!!! she was like I dont care about you. Room was not worth of money too much cockroaches in bathroom, billow was bad on quality, old furniture and balcony wasnt clean pic attached

I can understand you charge for Tennis courts but cant charge for racquet etc. you dont expect ppl to carry equipment on holiday. Basic facilities like steam /sauna also charged per use. TT room equipment chargeable. Games room chargeable. Whats the points of a resort if everything is chargeable

Great location. Big complex with Internal transportation. Private beach and Beautiful pools. The reservation team Friendly and responds on any requests. Wanna say Big Thanks to Housekeeping Team! They make a Imazing surprise for my girls, they cut from a coconut leaf:" Welcome Alisa and Welcome Emily"! The culinary team prepared a Delicious Chocolate Gift box! Very touched and Personalized ! Only can say Thank you Royal Cliff Team for such an Imazing stay!
