Really nice place if wanting to stay for a while

Didnt have breakfast as didnt pay for it, the room was so nice and cosy, it had everything you need (even tho else didnt use any of it as only came for one night) but its was really nice.

Everything was really good, for me, on the emails there should be more clear instructions on how to get in contact, as my emails were not being responded to and every time I called it went to music for ages, and the live chat thing wouldnt ever work, the address wasnt clearly on the email, I think just extra details should be in bold so easier to find. Also staff didnt really care much, there wasnt any Hey hows its going, hows the journey, it was quite blunt and awkward, and check out was literally gave our key to a woman and said bye nothing else, it didnt feel friendly anyways but its was a nice stay.

Great boutique hotel in west London.

Lovely comfortable, stylish room with kitchenette. Very central and 5 minutes walk from Turnham Green tube and great shopping.

Some of the staff were surly. Had a Baileys - only got a half measure - as if it were gin. No sense that there was a manager involved.

The best of city life in a great location with a really warm and convivial team.

What an absolute find - a truly dog friendly hotel where dogs were made to feel as welcome as the humans. Great service, wonderful aesthetic and lovely vibe. It truly felt like a home from home
