Fantastic people and service.

Jan 02 - 2024, room 1001. Early arrival, room be available later, go out for lunch. Check-in very smooth and pleasant, clear explanations. Watermelon juice offered. Gorgeous room, good size, very bright windows on 2 sides . Room and bathroom immaculate. Comfortable king size bed, nice furniture, work desk. Several AC power outlets around the room. Excellent Breakfast with a wide selection of fresh dishes to please All. I appreciated that the FLAN, called sugar caramel, was keep in the fridge, ... Well done. Fantastic Quality/price ratio, however the sky bar prices on the excessive side. Check-out fast and easy. Overall an outstanding stay. We will be back for sure. Great staff, great room, great food what a nice combination.

Exceptional customer service. Kim was very helpful and had the best solutions all the time. The location is great. Clean and tidy. Breakfast was very good with lot of options.

Excellent value, excellent staff

Easy and fast airport pickup. We were able to get an early check-in and received an upgrade to a room with a nice view. Very friendly and accommodating staff. Location is great with lots of sights, shops and food within walking distance. And an excellent breakfast. Will definitely book here again if we stay in this area.

Just a reminder, its a bustling busy city. But we were on the 7th floor and the street noises didnt bother us too much

The staff is amazing very friendly attentive and they always make sure if everything its ok, the rooms are very clean with all the facilities you need, tv with international channel very confortable big and clean bed, and the cherry on the cake the breakfast is very rich and delicious. We did extend one more night because we really enjoyed our stay. If you are in Hanoi dont miss this hotel.

Comfortable and Memorable stayed, Amazing service from the staffs.

We had the best stay at Rex Hanoi Hotel. Rex hotel is beyond our expectations. The location of the hotel is very good, closed to the Hoan Kiem lake and also in the center of old quarter. Our room is very nice, they change our towel everyday. The staffs and the service are amazing, they ensure our stay is comfortable and memorable. They gave us more duvet and even a heater when we requested. The breakfast was delicious. Changes menu every morning. Honestly, we had an amazing stay. The staffs are so kind and so friendly. Thank you so much Rex Hotel for an amazing service.

A pampering experience in the Hanoi center

The staff was lovely from the moment we entered the hotel and helped with the luggage from the bus to the lovely receptionist Kim who, after we received a drink and wet wipes, came to us for an easy check-in process and answered all our requests. The breakfast is great, the rooms are especially pampering, the bed and linens. The location of the hotel is in the center just to get off and go for a walk. Great.
