Everything from room to service. Food and location Was really good Abhinash,salvi and other service including room was really good

Arrangement of taxi was not helpful by staff but wasnt a big issue Also one missing thing is the mountain view everything else was exceptional

All in all ,it was very pleasant and memorable stay The staff was very courteous and polite. I haven't experienced any better staff particularly at breakfast room, The Edge I would like to go with my complete family in the near future.

Very friendly and attentive staff. Excellent food - both Himaclali as well as Italian. Nice rooms

Wish we had a mountain view from the rooms. AC was only set on heat, so rooms were quite warm and stuffy at night. We had to open windows or run a pedestal fan

They didn't provide the extra bed for my 4 yr old son as told by booking.com... they first said that I have to show them email...regarding this...then they said that they hai a Little cot .in which my son doesn't fit......it's clearly mention in email that extra cot for 4 year old kid....

Below Par Check In

Facilities, location, staff were nice.

The check in experience was below par. Was stranded for 5-10 minutes in front of Hotel Entrance, with nobody coming to assist me. I understand there was a marriage party being facilitated, however, atleast someone could have come and told leave the car and wait comfortably in the lobby. However, I was sitting in my car with my wife for 10 minutes trying to figure out where to go and what to do.
