it was very bad over priced , no drinking water,no iron machine,,wifi not working,no parking at the house,swimming pool

no water in the fridge, no iron machine,not convenient to bring ur bag inside the house, the place is too small not same the pictures,swimming pool very small , wifi is not working, no parking at the house and its very difficult to find parking

Found a broken toe nail in the bed. Washing basin was so high.. No convenient stores near by. Would not recommend if you dont bring your car. No loud music, parties are allowed..losing the purpose of the whole place .

There are much better quality places to rent in the area. Avoid

Superficially the property looked good

Cooking utensils of poor quality and crockery bare minimum. All taps in the property were damaged. Thai houses of this type are typically of a cheap construction, so the houses age badly and require significant maintenance. This house has not had this. Everything is extra. All windows with large stickers with rules for rental. Pool not clean. This is an all pool villa estate, so noisy in the evening. No one respects the 21.00 noise deadline. Villa agents tried toi stick us with an extra charge because the floor mat was dirty.

only location not so bad and he staff who reply line ok too

1.the room and pool area not clean when we check in. 2.also the water not clean for one day ( big problem) 3. the bath door cant close at 1st fl 4.all the toilets difficult to hard to flush 5. kitchen stuffs not clean too etc..... more need to write... feel very sad about this trip.

the price very very hight not proper with the facilities and service . The villa quite old and dirty , a lot of ants ,mosquitoes. Outdoor light besides the pool are out of order we felt disappointed with this villa. We will not come back again..sorry
