Overall a great stay but overpriced

Breakfast was good. Infinity pool was amazing. I liked that there were no kids allowed at it.

Having someone sweep the floors constantly while we eating is not hygienic or pleasant at all! Bed was very uncomfortable and gave me a sore back.

Room was great, comfortable and excellent bath/shower

Nothing to complain about. The beach isn't great but it isn't managed by the resort.

Great spot to finish a 2 week holiday in Bali.

The buffet breakfast at this resort is out of this world. So many cuisines, fresh and fabulous!!

Excellent location. Looking forward to returning one day soon.

Loved the warm and friendly staff, the awesome selection of breakfast items, the great coffee! The beautiful pool and wonderful drink and food service. Beds were comfortable, and room was perfect. Can not fault.

The Brekfast was very good - a great selection.

There was a lot of CCTV cameras throughout the complex. It wasn't explained what their CCTV cameras were used for, and what they did with the footage. There were no obvious signs in the hotel that clients (& staff) were under surveillance. Was it deleted after 48 hours? or on-sold without the knowledge of the hotel clients? Do we expect to see footage appearing in 'Bali's crazy Australian tourists' on Youtube?

Every impressed. The kindness of the staff makes it 10/10. My child loved the kids club the staff were all so amazing. We will definitely be returning.
