The staff is kind. Location is just alright. Not too close to the beach.

There was a carpet inside the living room and it was dirty and never cleaned. The mattress is bad. They give only one 500 ml bottle of drinking water to the guest on one day. They charge the most amongst the all little hotels around them, but its no value of money. The fridge was not working, and its door was not closing. The hot water kettle's cover was broken. The rooms are not cleaned properly, and the rooms smell of humidity.

Room has a dingy smell, mold on some of the ceilings. Floor didn't seem clean, very sticky, fridge was leaking, only shower was available in one of the bathrooms, not in the tap

Rooms are good, location is also fine near market and all major areas. they dont have kitchen/ room service in the hotel

should start room service atleast for basics stuff.

I loved the apartment and the location that had acess to different facilities. The apartment was amazing with perfect aesthetics. The beach was accessible in literally 5-7 mins from olive. I would highly recommend this place to everyone :) It's a must visit when in Goa !

Overpriced and average service and average location

Pool was decent

Room was not very clean Furniture was squeaking Kitchen windows did not havr curtains and kitchen door didnt close No intercom Housekeeping only from 2 to 5 Overpriced for the amenities. Cheaper stays are available
