The Italian and Mexican restaurants exceeded my expectations.

The music in the swimming pool area could be heard all around the beach, no proper area to rest. The facilities at the buffet restaurant were a bit outdated. Beside that all good.

Great stay and value!

The staff was amazing! They go out of their way to accommodate requests and make you feel valued. The food and drinks were great. We loved the location - away from Cancun but close to Playa del Carmen. It's a smaller resort and didn't feel crowded. There's a party atmosphere, but it's not a crazy crowd overall. Very relaxing and beautiful.

The rooms aren't sound proofed - but they do have wall AC units that provide a nice white noise. If you are in the buildings closest to the main lobby / courtyard, the entertainment sound is loud late at night when shows are happening. Buildings 22-36 are better for quieter area. I do wish they had more pool side lounge chairs, and would enforce the "do not reserve chairs" as people would drop towels & books early in the morning and not use their chairs until hours later.

Great hotel, wonderful staff , clean rooms!

Beautiful setting, nice pool, wolf life is fun in property.

Buffet hygiene wasnt great, the staff at the morning breakfast were very nice, with exception of a few (making individual eggs, 2 female employees, beloved I was someone else, it was our first morning at the buffet and hotel). My husband went back, I couldnt after the first morning. The rest of the staff were nice, with the exception of a few female employees. I tried to tell them they had me mixed up with another guest. Thus also happened with another guy in our group, who confronted the employee and the employee apologized and ended up being one of the best staff along with your pool and bar staff.

Love it. If it didnt took almost a day to fly here from my country I would stay here each month

Everything including food, service, atmosphere and pool. Everything was above our expectations. Staff was amazing also, especially the mexican restaurant and the italian restaurant. Totally recommend

Only thing i can say is the panna cotta could be a little more sturdy. It was quite creamy. BUT THAT IS TOTALLY FINE. EVERYTHING HERE IS AMAZING.

This place has many exceptional people and great things going for it. Beautiful location, white sa n d beaches, and some exceptional restaurants with great food choices. But nothing topped Kendall. He was the greatest customer service individual I've ever seen anywhere. He remembered everyone's name in my group of 8 from the first afternoon we were there. Every time he saw someone from our group he says hello...makes a joke...just makes you feel good. He was like this with everyone. Everyone at this resort loved Kendall.

The way you make dinner reservations is just messed up. Need to make things easier then first come first serve starting day you want to eat. If I have special meal late in trip and I want a 7 pm res. Can't make that res until morning of meal. Then you may not even get the ability to eat at restaurant you want. I didn't like it at all.
