Beautiful but overpriced

The staff and facilities were amazing. The room was beautiful and the beach was very well maintained. Coco Cafe and the desserts were great. The spa is beautiful and we had exceptional massages.

The food was average and the buffet options were the saving grace. For the cost of this place we expected much better food. The optional sales presentation is reported to be a simple yes or no experience in return for some credits, but be warned you will need to say no to 4 different people before you get what you were promised. It also took us 2.5 hours instead of the promised 90 mins. Lastly we were double charged for a service on our credit card and have yet to receive a response from the hotel.

Lovely but would not return

Beautiful resort and lovely staff.

It didnt have the luxury of a 5 star hotel. We had various experiences such as not having simple amenities like toothbrush and toothpaste. This had to be requested. Also, providing items such as a beach bag was only for preferred guests, which we found bizarre as when we pay a lot of money, this should be of the standard to receive. Attention to detail was lacking with the pool toilets having cobwebs in them.

Rooms are spacious and comfortable, dinner and lunch restaurants are excellent

The bars are terrible, the beer is horrible I was expecting at least better beer than XX for the price other Hotels offer Modelo Especial or Heineken. Breakfasts buffet is not good at all, few options and is not tasty

Wonderful vacation spot to relax and recharge!

It was clean, sanitized often and beautiful. Beautifully landscaped and the amenities were many! The staff is genuinely friendly and very helpful. Our room was comfortable and furnished well. The food was delicious, from breakfast to the dinners and all snacks in between. The spa was beautiful and the service was great. The beach sand is soft and landscapes breathtaking.

The hard sell to purchase a membership to the Hyatt vacations packages upon check in. The pools were not heated and the water was, at times, too cool to swim in. After spending extra for a swim out, it would have been nice to be able to swim at all times. The bed linens and especially the pillows need upgrading.

My wife and I were here for our honeymoon last month and stayed in the preferred club swim out suite. We were not disappointed, all the staff were more than helpful. The concierge always made sure we had everything we needed. The selection of drinks in every bar was good and no cocktail was too much trouble for any of the bar tenders. The food in all the restaurants we ate in was very good. The teppanyaki table in the Asian restaurant was outstanding. The pools and the beach were always clean. Well definitely be back

I did not like the fact that I was not able to extend my stay. Unfortunately, 8 days is not enough time to enjoy everything that the property has to offer.
