Had a problem with the safe locker box whereby I had to call staff 3 times. Also, the same room bathroom was stinking. Later in the next room, air-conditioning was not working properly.

Been told by staff on checkout after waiting 25 minutes for a taxi that one wasnt coming. Absolutely not good enough,since we had to be at a travel office for a cruise almost missed it.

Not a five star hotel at all far from the tourist attractions.

Gym was ok not all equipment worked properly

The service was very bad. When we came to do check in the lady in the front desk changed the room number in front of us we came to a room with nasty smell that was not cleaned after we talked to them we got a room that was clean but had a different type of problem everyday first the ac wasnt working after the door lock battery and then the laundry machine problems that made us spend lots of quality time with the hotel technicians in the room instead of enjoying our vacation. When we finally had enough and said that the situation cant keep going that way they tried to change the laundry machine and not changed the room as they told us finally they have changed the room to a room that was ok . And the breakfast to go was disgusting as it came completely frozen including the coffee and tea that was supposed to be provided.

A Hanoi fairytale.

The hotel is at a very prime location in Hanoi, close to big shopping malls and a quick Grab away from Old Quarter. Its a very stylish and modern property with great amenities and very welcoming staff.
