Disappointing, chilly, utilitarian.

Location. Flexibility about time of departure.

Bed wedged in on three sides meant the person under the window suffered a draft and had great difficulty in getting in and out. There was no chair in the room, nowhere to relax other than for one person on the bed. No heating unless you figured out for yourself how to turn on the radiator - some instructions on this is vital. Bedding insufficient for late December and no more available on request for the one-night duration of our stay. Very impersonal and cheerless.

Clean, modern, warm, comfortable, quiet, shops and restaurants nearby, plenty towels, shampoo, shower gel, on site parking plus on street parking free from 18.30 to 08:00

I love this property , its very clean and comfortable and any staff I meet are always friendly.

The location is perfect, close to town and within walking distance of everything we wanted

Location of room, downstairs. The curtains didnt close , and the window didnt lock. It was located next to the tradesmens entrance so it was noisy the next morning.

Always stay here when I come to Dublin Good value for money Rooms lovely and clean. Beds very comfortable...Nice quiet area Very accommodating for late check out when requested. Highly recommended Will be back soon
