This Nexy Hostel in Hanoi has a perfect location and offers good value for money. The beds are comfortable, but some bunks may lack shelves. There is a fruit fly problem with liquor bottles. The keypad lock on the doors can be bothersome. There is a rooftop terrace with a great view. The hostel offers walking and food tours. The rooms are clean and spacious, and the staff provide helpful service. The hostel has a cafe and bar, and there are common areas to relax. The hostel is recommended for its cleanliness and good location. The hostel staff are helpful and assist with organizing transportation. However, the atmosphere for socializing may not be the best.

Superb

Good value for the facilites and location!

Lovely and very helpful staff, the rooms are spacious with good beds, curtains and large underbed lockers. Some good spaces to chill but the layout of the bar makes it a bit difficult to mingle. I also liked that it was on a bit of a quieter street.

Its not a super social hostel and it lacked an atmosphere.

Good location and nice hostel

The frosting in the private room bathroom was fitted on the wrong side so you can see everything thats happening in the bathroom (and from the bathroom you think its safe and no one can see in when this is not the case) No breakfast options available (free or paid) Noisy from the outside (even with the window closed)

Amazing

Everything is great ! They have a TV room and a rooftop and a pool table and they are all sooo nice. - The beds are comfortable and even in the bigger rooms with more beds it is not too crowded. - You are close to everything (and in deep in the old quarter) and the street is not too loud. - The staff was so kind even when I was being annoying, asking them questions every two seconds when they were busy. I especially loved that it is not really a party hostel because it does not throw huge raves every few days BUT that when and if you want to party, it will be the perfect place to have a nice drink and meet new people. I stayed with them for so long and kept on extending my stay because it felt like home. When I come back to Hanoi it will be in Nexy !

Superb

Excellent location, confortable and clean

The location is perfect. The beds are confortable and the bathrooms are clean.

It was really really cold in the room because of the air conditioner and the window always opened despite the cold weather.

Keep our luggages after check out , it was so helpful. Also share room,rooftop was cozy .

There is no space to putting on stuff while taking showers.

Clean and comfortable beds. Staff was super helpful and nice. Great location.

Laundry service very overpriced! After the Ha Giang loop we needed to wash quite a lot of our clothes. At the hostel we paid a hefty 40k per kg and it took 24 hours until we got our laundry back. Walking around the corner we saw a laundry service for 25k per kg. So we felt a bit betrayed paying such a hefty surcharge.

Definitely made my visit in Hanoi that much better :)

Definitely location is perfect when you travel to Hanoi for the first time. I also have perfect view from my room and stuff is very helpful with everything :)
