Nothing to say except perfect

Staff are very nice and helpful Location is near to all what you need to see in Roma. Breakfast very cheap (5euro per person and free for children) compared to outside with high diversity

they told me at the beginning they need my bank card number & month/year as caution. (For me its something personal that I cant share)

I rarely give 10, but our stay was just perfect, so it is 10! Really friendly and welcoming staff, absolutely clean, spacious room with all needed, comfy beds, lovely terrace, and excellent breakfast! Walking distance to major sights. We were really pleased with this hotel!

Superb

Loved Navona Essence

The location is excellent and worked perfectly for me. The staff are very professional, kind, and willing to assist. The room was great and clean. They give you a gift pack upon arrival with coffee and teas and there is a kettle in the room so you can have some tea or coffee. The only reason I did not give a full 10 is that there was a power cut for a few hours, and the hotel did not have a generator, so we stayed in our rooms without power.

We loved it and we will definitely stay here again when we return to Rome. Wonderful breakfasts included

We upgraded to a small suite and it felt like a wonderful little apartment near everything but away from the noise. We loved everything and ALL of the people there were so nice and helpful.

Great central hotel

Location is perfect for exploring the city! Staff was also very kind and helpful and we were very pleasantly surprised when we saw that they upgraded our room! It was very clean and the hotel had everything we needed on our trip

Friendly staff, handy location, comfortable room, excellent breakfast.

Handy to major popular attraction spots. Staff is nice. The breakfast is a bonus and the food is awesome. The kitchen staff made good coffee as well. Many thanks !!

The hand basin is in the bedroom. It would be better in the bathroom.
