Excellent stay. Highly recommended for family trips

Staff were excellent. We arrived very early in the morning (around 7am) and naturally the rooms were not ready. However, the front desk staff asked if we wanted to shower or freshen up and offered us the use of the gym facilities (there is a nice shower and toilets etc with water and warm place to rest) while waiting for the rooms to be ready. Lobby was big with plenty of seating that we rested in while waiting. Plenty of restaurants, shops, MTR station around the hotel, all within walking distance so we whiled the morning away with a local breakfast followed by strolling to Tsim Tsha Tsui and back in time for lunch and our rooms.

Room was not very well cleaned. We found a chicken bone on the floor under a chair.... and we just checked in, so I guess the housekeeper missed out on some spots in the room while cleaning. Otherwise, the rest of the room, the beds, toilets etc were in tip top condition.

More choices of food for breakfast. Not value for money for buffet breakfast as limited food which the hotel offered.

The 2 rooms we got were relatively decent in size and quite clean when we checked in. Staff were helpful. Location was close to MTR which was good.

Got the breakfast option but the selection was sparse, ended up only having it on 1 day out of the whole week our family was there. If you are looking at the breakfast option, would suggest to skip it as it's not worth the additional you pay but entirely your call. Housekeeping wise, so-so in terms of cleanliness. As they don't tidy up much, apart from making the beds and changing the towels even when it was left on the racks to be reused. Came back almost daily to hairs still on the toilet floors, crumbs or little bits and bobs still on the tables and carpet.

Great hotel for our needs

Great room, we got a free upgrade to a spacious room which was nicely furnished. Large bathroom and a separate seating area with TV. Just a couple of blocks from an MTR so was very handy for seeing all the sights. Staff were very polite and responsive.
