I liked the location of the hotel, maximum destinations were nearby.

Room was filled with cockroaches even on the Bed coming out of my Purse as well. Staff charged extra for a haldi mark on the towel which doesn't make sense because it was very small spot which can be easily removed through Aala. Very dissapointing.

Superb

Liked the property and the staff. Especially, the staff is very polite and helpful.

Just faced one issue: I stayed in the dormitory with 18 beds. There was no changing area there and the bathroom was very very small.

Horrible and worst hotel experience ever. PLEASE AVOID THIS HOTEL there are plenty of good options than this.

Not a single thing, Rooms 1 out of 5 Staff 0 out of 5 (intact they were extremely rude from seniors manager to housekeeping) Experience 1 out of 5 Food 1 out 5 (my partner ordered a normal French fries, we were forced to first pay upfront only then they would prepare the food. Once the order food arrives, 2 sachets of source were provided and when we asked for some mayonnaise the server simply refused to get it and told us that they dont Surve mayonnaise) However the photos of the property are also deceiving the photo upload and the actual condition of the property is completely opposite, property Is poorly maintained, rooms were not cleared and were dusty. Pillows were pail yellow and had Steins on them. The bed smelled as if the bed sheets were never cleaned.

Not so good

Location was good for my IBW event.

Unclean bathrooms, glass partition was filthy. Shower condition was bad. No proper locks for door, door remains open. Lot of mosquitos. Providing space to keep luggage without locks is not the right way and then they ask money for locks.

Good, but not the best. A bit expensive.

Very nice pool and garden, nice restaurant and friendly service

Standard of the rooms compared to the photos is not correct. Things are older and bathroom is quite dirty and smelly. The locker under the bed did not work at all. [3 out of four were totally broken.) For the standard, the prices are really high and also the restaurant is not so cheap. People in the room come home at 4 AM and are noisy. There should be some regulation regarding this.

Loved the property, ambiance and overall service. Alistair was an amazing host and made sure we were comfortable. The rooms were clean and the staff was very helpful.

Avoid at all costs

Room wasn't clean. Linens and towels werent changed. Nobody asked or informed us about room cleaning. Toilet was broken. Be aware, they use a common tactic to make extra money when checking out. They will claim you ruined a towel and will charge 1500 in "admin" costs
